RSM believes that the development of knowledge and skills requires 3^rd party recognition, and ideally Continued Professional Development (CPD) credits. RSM holds Approved Training Center status with the ILM and City and Guilds, and our training is recognized by INSSA, DisasterReady, HRCI and SHRM. We are also gold members with the GISF.

• Institute of Leadership Management (ILM): The Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) certifies the quality of RSM’s expansive range of leadership training programs, including: the Crisis Management Leadership program; the Senior Risk Leadership program; the Security Management and Security Focal Point program; the Family Liaison Officer program; the Trip Team Leadership program; the Chief of Party Risk Leader program; the Program Risk Leadership program; the Train the Trainer program; the Event Risk Management program; the Investigations Management program and the Guard Force Management program

• INSSA: RSM partners with INSSA and DisasterReady to support the development of professionals who have existing experience and qualifications within the field of security risk management, as well as security practitioners who may assume security functions as a secondary responsibility. • City and Guilds: RSM has gained City and Guilds “Assured” status as a recognition of international excellence for our Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) program, as well as our Female Security Awareness and LGBTQIA security awareness programs.

• SHRM & HRCI: RSM’s wide range of leadership training programs are recognized with annual member recertification credits for HR professionals by HRCI and SHRM.
